Jabbaz Wine imports and represents select wineries from South America. Created by Gustavo Jabbaz, who was born in Chile and grew up in Mendoza Argentina, Jabbaz Wine is licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario to distribute to both licensed establishments and private clients.

New wine by Matías BertonaINSPIRATTO Torrontés
Medium-bodied with a bit of citrus on the flowers and fruits nose. On the palate, ripe tropical fruits with hints of peach pit, white pear, oranges and with a crisp end. Though a tipical sweet varietal, this Torrontés is dry and the swetness is only hinted on aroma. Wine Specialist gave it 96 points.
Pre-fermentation cold maceration 24 Hs to increase complexity and fruit flavors.

INSPIRATTO Malbec
It’s a dense, dark, fruit driven Malbec. Sweet dark fruits on the nose, which is nicely complemented by a bit of spice. The palate is densely fruited with rich chocolate tones with a quite savoury finish.
